Zhitong Finance APP reported that Gaokeqiao (09963.HK) announced that on August 14, 2026 (after trading hours), the company entered into a placement agreement with the joint placing agents, under which the company conditionally agrees to place up to 40 million placement shares at a placing price of HKD 7.00 per share through the joint placing agents, to not fewer than six placees (who and their beneficial owners must be independent third parties).
