The public consultation for Hong Kong's first five-year plan has ended. Xie Xiaohua stated that 16,000 suggestions were received, with the goal of publishing the results by September this year.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, on August 14, the public consultation for Hong Kong's first five-year plan officially ended. Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Xia Xiaohua, stated that the consultation began on June 15, and the response from various sectors of society has been very enthusiastic. As of today, over 16,000 opinions and suggestions have been received from citizens and stakeholders of different backgrounds and sectors, showing strong public support for Hong Kong's inaugural five-year plan.
