The Central Meteorological Observatory has issued a yellow warning for heavy rain.

The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning at 6 AM on August 13: From 8 AM on August 13 to 8 AM on August 14, heavy to torrential rain is expected in parts of southern Henan, northern and eastern Hubei, northwestern and central-southern Anhui, central-southern Jiangsu, northern Zhejiang, as well as northern and southern Jiangxi, central-western Guangdong, and eastern Guizhou. Among these areas, torrential rain is expected in localized regions of eastern Hubei, southern Anhui, southern Jiangsu, northern Zhejiang, and central Guangdong. These areas will also experience short-term heavy precipitation, with localized strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and gusty winds.
