On August 8, @Zhang Xueji announced the establishment of a Special Fund for the Cultivation of Young Riders, which will donate 1 million yuan annually to support Chinese teenage motorcyclists aged 11 to 16. Each recipient can receive between 100,000 and 300,000 yuan per year, with the initial plan to support 5 to 10 individuals.
