According to US media reports on the 20th, the American asset management giant BlackRock Group plans to issue more than $12 billion in bonds for the construction of a large data center campus for Meta in Texas. Analysis suggests that the cooperation between technology companies and financial institutions in the field of AI infrastructure financing is becoming increasingly close, with a flurry of bond issuances totaling billions of dollars emphasizing the market's continuous investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure. However, on the other hand, a large amount of debt financing is also increasing the valuation pressure on the technology industry's bonds. Morgan Stanley's outlook report released in June of this year predicts that by 2030, global cumulative capital expenditures related to AI will reach about $55 trillion, with the majority being financed through the bond market.
