JiaChuang Vision announced that on June 26, 2026, Shanghai Lingqiong Kunlun Technology Partnership Enterprise, the information disclosure obligor, signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with the controlling shareholder and actual controller Chen Kunjiang of JiaChuang Vision, and shareholders Sui Xiang and Luo Wei respectively, agreeing to purchase a total of 21.55 million shares of JiaChuang Vision held by the transferors at a price of 7.33 yuan per share, accounting for 5.0017% of the total share capital of JiaChuang Vision.
