Zhtng Cijng APP News, Shnnn Din A (000037.SZ) released an announcement, the company signed a "Capital Cooperation Agreement on Jointly Establishing Shnnn Din Shngo Smart Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd." with Shndng Gos (Shnzhn) Tuz Yuxin Gngs (referred to as "Shndng Gos Shnzhn Company") on June 30, 2026. The two parties will jointly invest to establish Shnnn Din Shngo Smart Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shnnn Din Smart Energy Company" for now; the final name is subject to approval by the registering authority), to carry out business activities in the field of new energy and energy storage.
