Yitian Intelligent Announcement: Yisuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, previously signed a "Computing Power Service Project Contract" with Shanghai Wuwen Xinqiong Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. with a total amount of 113 million RMB, with a service period of five years. After friendly negotiations, both parties recently reached a consensus and signed a termination agreement, confirming the fulfillment of services until June 30, 2026. After Party A settles the service fees and pays the liquidated damages, the contract will be terminated on July 1, 2026.
