Haoyang Corporation announced that on June 30, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Haoyang Investment Holdings signed a Stock Purchase Agreement with the shareholders of Follow-Me Holding B.V., Keylight Holding B.V., Wel Ventures B.V., and Erik Berends Beheer B.V., intending to acquire 66.67% of Follow-Me's equity in cash, with a total transaction price of 2.6686 million Euros. After the completion of this transaction, the target company will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
