The announcement of Junting Hotel stated that on July 1, 2026, the controlling shareholder Wu Qiyuan and related shareholders signed a "Termination Agreement" with the assignee Hubei Tourism, terminating all documents related to the change of control rights. Previously, Hubei Tourism planned to acquire 29.99% of the shares held by the three persons for 1.499 billion yuan, while Wu Qiyuan waived the remaining voting rights, and Hubei Tourism planned for a partial tender offer. Due to the conditions not being fully met, all parties unanimously agreed to terminate. This termination does not affect the normal operation of the company, with Wu Qiyuan still as the controlling shareholder and the actual controller still being Wu Qiyuan and his wife, Dinghe.
