According to the Wise Wealth APP learned, as disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 30th, Shandong Province Huaneng Design Institute Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shandong Huaneng) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Ed Capital being its exclusive sponsor. The prospectus shows that Shandong Huaneng was established in 2003 as a comprehensive power engineering service provider, headquartered in Jinan, Shandong, China. The company's comprehensive engineering solutions include: (i) engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services; (ii) engineering design and consulting services; and (iii) other services (including engineering supervision services and engineering operation and maintenance services), focusing on renewable energy power engineering. According to Frost Sullivan data, based on 2025 revenue in the power industry, Shandong Huaneng ranks third among non-state-owned comprehensive power engineering service companies in China.
