Officials from Sanan Optoelectronics Company revealed that currently, there has not been a price increase in domestic silicon carbide power semiconductors, and the price can only be said to be "stabilizing after a period of decline." Wang Zhou, a partner at Zhongke Yingzhi Fund, stated that there has been a turnaround trend in silicon carbide this year, with high-voltage MOS and IGBT products showing significant price increases and there may still be room for further growth in the second half of the year.
