The National Medical Insurance Administration announced the release of the 15th batch of rules and knowledge points for the public release of the "two libraries" for intelligent supervision. The "National Medical Insurance Fund Intelligent Supervision Knowledge Base and Rule Base" compiled by the National Medical Insurance Administration has recently been published to help designated medical institutions and their staff to familiarize themselves with and master the medical insurance fund supervision rules, actively comply with, and sustain compliance through intelligent means, to achieve the shift of regulatory checkpoints. It is planned to publicly release the detailed knowledge points related to the "drug indications" rules for dermatology drugs, urogenital system drugs and sex hormones, and systemic steroid preparations excluding sex hormones and insulin. Provincial-level medical insurance departments should promptly update the provincial-level medical insurance information platform's intelligent supervision subsystem "two libraries" dynamically according to the latest knowledge point details and codes. Designated medical institutions can incorporate the intelligent supervision "two libraries" into their institution's intelligent reminder and other information systems, or can connect to the medical insurance department's intelligent supervision system's pre-warning function module to automatically alert and self-check and self-correct their use of medical insurance funds, eliminating non-compliant behavior at an early stage to reduce illegal use of medical insurance funds at the source.
