China Fortune Finance and Economics App News: Jinlihuadian (300069.SZ) announced that the company plans to purchase a 82.50% stake in Xi'an Zhongke Xiguang Aerospace Technology Group Co., Ltd. from Dake Xunfei, Zhize Xingchen, Longhua Tianqi and 11 other counterparties through the issuance of shares and cash payment. The company also plans to issue shares to the controlling shareholder of the listed company, Shanxi Red Sun, to raise matching funds.
