Chongqing issues yellow flood warning, expecting the Apongjiang Zuohedian Station to exceed warning levels.
Reporters learned from the Chongqing Hydrological Monitoring Center that due to the impact of upstream rainfall and incoming water, it is predicted that the water level at the Zaoheba Station in Apong River, Qianjiang District will experience a significant increase in the next 24 hours, with the highest water level expected to exceed the warning level by 0.5-1.0 meters, and the increase in water level estimated to be around 2.2-3.2 meters. The Chongqing Hydrological Monitoring Center has issued a yellow flood warning for Apong River in Qianjiang District, and urges relevant units and the public along the river to strengthen prevention measures and evacuate in a timely manner.
