Universal Elevator announced on May 19th that the actual controller of the company, Xu Zhiming, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.2951 million shares through centralized bidding and/or bulk trading within three months after 15 trading days; the company's director, deputy general manager, and financial officer, Zhang Jianlin, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 0.2977 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days; the company's director Gu Yuejiang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 0.2233 million shares through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days.
