Chifeng Gold: Adjusted the price of newly issued H shares to HK$29.82 per share.

Chifeng Gold announced that it plans to issue 311 million H-shares of the company to Zhijin Gold at a price of 30.19 Hong Kong dollars per share. After adjusting for the ex-rights and ex-dividend matters, the price will be adjusted to 29.82 Hong Kong dollars per share. The 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders approved the "2025 Annual Profit Distribution Plan". The company will distribute cash dividends of 0.32 yuan per share to all shareholders who are registered on the record date for the equity distribution.
