Recently, the People's Bank of China and the National Archives Administration jointly issued the "Regulations on Archive Management of the People's Bank of China". The Regulations clarify the contents of the archive management mechanism, supervision and guidance relationship, and the ownership and flow of archive resources of the People's Bank of China system. It requires all units to strengthen the organization and leadership of archive work, coordinate and plan comprehensively, strengthen resource guarantee, and ensure that archive work is carried out in an orderly and lawful manner. It is necessary to concentrate and centrally manage archives in accordance with the law, establish a sound archive management system, clarify the tasks of archive work, strengthen the construction of archive infrastructure, implement archive management requirements, and maintain archive security and integrity. Strengthen the collection, organization, and filing of key documents such as major financial industry policies, enhance archive informatization construction, actively promote the development of archive utilization, and fully tap the value of archive resources.
