Jia Yueting: FF Raises 2026 Robot Shipping Target to 1500 Units, Will Release New Robot Products in Early June.

Jia Yueting announced that Faraday Future will increase its annual terminal shipments target for EAI robots from 1000 units to 1500 units; a major new educational product will be released in early June. The company has successfully secured a new financing of $45 million from American institutional investors. In addition, FF and AIXC's designated third party have revised an agreement, securing $12 million in subscription and replacing the anti-dilution clause with a fixed obligation linked to operational milestones. Looking ahead, FF will continue to take all necessary measures to meet Nasdaq's minimum buying price compliance requirements within the 180-day grace period.
