Huace Navigation announced that the 2025 annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. Based on the existing total share capital of 786,892,451 shares, a cash dividend of 4.5 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares held. The record date for equity ownership is May 18, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is May 19. The cash dividends for A-share shareholders distributed by the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Shenzhen Branch will be credited on May 19, while the cash dividends for restricted shares and other A-share cash dividends will be distributed by the company itself.
