SF Holding announced that on May 12, 2026, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder Mingde Holdings, stating that it had released 22 million A-shares pledged on May 11, accounting for 0.89% of its holding and 0.44% of the total share capital of the company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Mingde Holdings had pledged a total of 793,092,980 shares, accounting for 32.21% of its holding and 15.74% of the total share capital of the company. Mingde Holdings has good credit and there is no risk of forced closure or transfer of pledged shares, and the risk is controllable.
