On April 30, the United States International Trade Commission announced that it had issued a final ruling on certain photovoltaic ribbon busbar cable components and their components under section 337: The Administrative Law Judge in this case decided to conduct a partial review of the final initial ruling, especially on whether the applicant meets the economic factors requirement for US domestic industry status, and will not review other parts; input on the partial review, proposed remedies, and public interests involved should be submitted in writing no later than May 15, 2026.
