Hillhouse invests approximately HK$235 million to increase its stake in Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals, raising its ownership to 6.01%.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange's equity disclosure documents show that on April 15th, HHLR increased its stake in Hutchison China MediTech (HCM) by 26.20 million shares at an average price of HK$8.97 per share, with a total investment of approximately HK$235 million. After the increase, HHLR's latest shareholding increased to 88.6645 million shares, and its stake percentage rose from 4.23% to 6.01%. According to the disclosure documents for the same day, Goldman Sachs also increased its stake in HCM by approximately 7.9592 million shares at an average price of HK$9.4755 per share, with a total amount of approximately HK$75.4172 million. After the increase, the latest shareholding is approximately 77.8196 million shares, with a stake percentage of 5.27%.
