According to informed sources, Japanese Finance Minister Kaori Katakura plans to meet with major banks and other financial institutions in the country this week to discuss Anthropic's latest artificial intelligence model, "Mythos." The sources revealed that Katakura will hold talks with several financial institutions, including some of Japan's largest banks such as Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Sumitomo Mitsui, and Mizuho Financial Group. This comes as global regulatory authorities and financial industry officials respond to the constantly evolving network security vulnerabilities exposed by "Mythos." Currently, "Mythos" has only been limitedly released. Regulatory authorities in Asia are strengthening their scrutiny of financial system risks and urging lending institutions to address vulnerabilities in their defense against network threats.
