The Shanghai Municipal Economic and Informatization Commission and other departments have issued the "Shanghai Action Plan for Promoting Industrial Internet Platforms to Empower Industrial Development", proposing to strengthen the service capabilities of specialized industrial products e-commerce. Around the demand for small-batch trial production of chips in fields such as humanoid robots and low-altitude drones, efforts will be made to promote the establishment of electronic component online procurement trading platforms for enterprises, develop intelligent selection tools, and provide cloud manufacturing solutions for products such as MCUs and silicon carbide power chips. Enterprises are encouraged to build a platform for the procurement and scheduling of harbor machinery spare parts, improve the quality of core spare parts such as gearboxes, and accelerate the construction of capabilities such as channel integration and automatic replenishment. Support will be given to enterprises to establish a one-stop procurement trading platform for research supplies, strengthen the product matrix of research reagents, analytical reagents, etc., expand the product system of scientific instruments and equipment such as ultra-pure water systems and biological imaging systems, and improve self-controlled solutions of "reagents +equipment +consumables". Support will also be provided for enterprises to accelerate the construction of an electronic materials international trading center, develop functions such as specialized trading, intelligent logistics warehousing, and efficient import and export customs clearance services, and facilitate the flow of the industrial chain.
