According to this law, passage of goods and vessels related to the Israeli regime will be prohibited. Passage will also be forbidden for belligerent countries without permission from Iran's Supreme National Security Council. Additionally, countries that cause harm to Iran will be prohibited from passing through the Strait of Hormuz until they pay compensation. According to this plan, all ships from other countries must pay fees in Iranian rial to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. 30% of the revenue from these passage fees will be used to strengthen the armed forces, while 70% will be used to improve the lives of the people.
