Bulgaria's former President Raduf: forming a coalition with other parties.

On the evening of April 19th local time, former Bulgarian President Radev delivered a speech in the capital Sofia, describing the parliamentary elections held that day as a "victory of hope." He said that he will make every effort to form a coalition with other parties to avoid early elections in Bulgaria. The preliminary results of the Bulgarian parliamentary elections held that day showed that the political party alliance led by Radev, "Progressive Bulgaria," had a significantly higher vote share than other parties.
