India seeks opinions on revising enterprise registration and compliance rules.

According to a notice, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India is seeking public opinions on revising the country's corporate registration rules and optimizing compliance frameworks. The notification titled "Draft Amendment of Corporate Registration Rules" has been published on the department's official website for public consultation. The deadline for submitting relevant modification suggestions is May 9. In addition, the department is also seeking opinions from various stakeholders on the optimization of declaration and compliance frameworks under the Companies Act. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India stated that this consultation covers the three stages of a company's lifecycle: establishment, operation, and closure. A concept note has been released on the official website, and relevant opinions can be submitted before May 15.
