On April 17th, Suzhou auctioned off a residential land in Wuzhong Taihu New City, with a land area of 83,832.4 square meters and a planned construction area of 85,509.05 square meters, with a plot ratio of 1.02. The starting price was 1.411 billion yuan, with a starting floor price of 16,500 yuan per square meter. In the end, Suzhou Wuzhong Binhu Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the bid for the land at the base price of 1.411 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 16,500 yuan per square meter.
