China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) has established a new company in Hainan, including marine services business.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, in recent days, China Communications Construction Company Limited established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes marine environmental services, marine services, research and development of marine engineering equipment, development of key supporting systems for marine engineering, and sales of marine energy systems and equipment. According to equity penetration shown on Qi Cha Cha, the company is wholly owned by China Communications Construction Company.
