The National Development and Reform Commission, the People's Bank of China, together with members of the inter-ministerial joint meeting of the social credit system construction and other relevant departments and units, have compiled the "National Basic Directory of Public Credit Information" and the "National List of Basic Punitive Measures for Dishonesty", which are now issued for implementation. This notice shall take effect from the date of issue and be valid for two years, and the 2025 version shall be simultaneously repealed.
