Hainan's offshore duty-free "buy now, pick up now" and "guarantee pick up" policies have been implemented for three years, with shopping amounts exceeding 100 billion yuan.

Reporters learned from the Haikou Customs that the "buy now, pick up immediately" and "guaranteed pick up" tax-free policies for Hainan's outlying islands have been implemented for three years. As of April 3, the total shopping amount for the "buy now, pick up immediately" method has reached 10.618 billion yuan, with 11.7273 million items purchased by 5.3463 million people. For the "guaranteed pick up" method, the total shopping amount is 177 million yuan, with 1673 items purchased by 1667 people.
