Increased uncertainty has caused many Germans to change their travel plans.

A latest survey released by Germany on the 4th showed that due to the Middle East conflict, rising energy prices, and international uncertainty, many Germans are changing their travel plans for the coming months. The survey, conducted by the German Tourism Research Institute on behalf of the German Tourism Association from March 25 to 30 with 1124 participants, revealed that 16% of respondents have changed their travel plans for the next three months due to concerns about the international situation, with 46% deciding not to travel and one third canceling their original travel plans.
