Huasheng Lithium Battery: Controlling shareholder's concerted action participants plan to reduce their shareholding by not more than 1%

Hua Sheng Lithium Battery announced that, due to their own capital needs, the controlling shareholder and actual controller Shen Gang, Yuan Yang, and other concerted action parties plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding from April 27 to July 24, 2026. The total number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 1,595,000 shares, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital. This reduction will not result in a change of the company's actual controller, and will not have a significant impact on the company's continued stable operation.
