Recently, Kuaishou officially launched the "Qingfeng Plan" for social recruitment, opening up job opportunities for newcomers to the workplace with less than 3 years of work experience, focusing on areas such as algorithms, engineering, product, operations, and marketing, further increasing the attraction and training efforts for high-potential young talent. Data shows that in the past 3 years, nearly 50% of new employees at Kuaishou have 0-3 years of work experience, and in core positions such as algorithms, this proportion is close to 60%. In terms of training mechanisms, Kuaishou provides young employees with full-cycle growth support from entry to promotion through mentoring, small-group courses, high-potential talent programs, and sets two promotion windows per year. Among young employees who have been with Kuaishou for more than 2 years, 93% have been promoted; by 2025, over 2,800 employees with less than 3 years of work experience have been promoted.
