The direct flight route from Beijing Daxing to Helsinki, Finland, has successfully launched.

At 15:07 today, Southern Airlines flight CZ8171, carrying 290 passengers, took off from Beijing Daxing International Airport bound for the Finnish capital Helsinki, marking the official opening of Southern Airlines' first Finland route. This is also the first direct flight to Northern Europe opened by a domestic airline from Beijing Daxing Airport. As the only direct flight between the capitals of China and Finland, the opening of this route will create a new air passage between China and Northern Europe.
