Former Deputy General Manager Liu Kezeng of Tianjin Water Group Co., Ltd. has been expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office.

After investigation, Liu Kezeng has lost his ideal and beliefs, betrayed his original mission, resisted organizational review; disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulations, repeatedly accepted gifts, cash gifts, and attended banquets that may affect the fair execution of official duties; violated organizational principles, used his power in the employment of staff for personal gain; abused his power, intervened in and interfered with activities such as project bidding and contracting; set up a "petty cash fund" in violation of regulations; became greedy, illegally embezzled a large amount of public funds using the convenience of his position; used his position to seek benefits for others in project contracting and illegally accepted a large amount of money and goods.
