Notice from China Yinyan: Recently, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Jiangsu Yinhuan City Environmental Services Co., Ltd., has signed a market-based service project agreement with the joint venture of Xi'an Yanliang District Tianyi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and Yanliang District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau of Xi'an City. The contract term is 3 years, from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029. The total contract amount for the project is RMB 98.928 million, with the party A paying RMB 32.976 million to party B annually for the project service fee.
