The General Office of the People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality issued the implementation plan for promoting the high-quality development of the artificial intelligence industry in Guangzhou. It proposes exploring innovative applications of artificial intelligence technology in the fields of social livelihood, vigorously developing AI+ medical services, AI+ education and teaching, AI+ culture and sports, AI+ urban governance, and AI+ government services to promote the modernization and upgrading of super-large city governance capabilities. In terms of medical services, in hospitals with conditions, the construction and promotion of AI-assisted diagnosis, 5G remote surgery, AI image screening, and intelligent family doctor systems are proposed to build a smart medical highland in the Greater Bay Area. In terms of education and teaching, it promotes school-enterprise cooperation and deepens the intelligence upgrade of education around teaching management, classroom interaction, autonomous study, and other aspects.
