Xiaoma ZhiXing has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Verne and Uber to launch the first commercial Robotaxi service in Europe in Croatia.

On March 26th, Pony.ai, the autonomous driving company, announced a strategic partnership with the autonomous driving travel service company Verne and the global travel platform Uber. They will collaborate deeply around commercializing Robotaxi services, integrating Pony.ai's autonomous driving system, Uber's global travel platform, and Verne's service ecosystem and operating system. The three parties will launch the first commercial Robotaxi service in Europe in the Croatian capital Zagreb, with initial deployment already underway. The fleet size is expected to expand to thousands of vehicles in the coming years. Currently, the three parties have started road testing in Zagreb, Croatia, using the BAIC Jiuhu Alpha T5 Robotaxi model equipped with Pony.ai's seventh-generation autonomous driving system.
