YaoPi Glass announced that on March 24, 2026, the company received notice from NSG UK, a shareholder with more than 5% of the shares, that its upper-level ownership structure is proposed to change. Lumina Japan Acquisition Co., Ltd. will acquire 100% control of NSG UK's indirect shareholder NSG, thereby indirectly holding 12.70% of YaoPi Glass through NSG UK. Before and after the change, the number and proportion of shares held by NSG UK remain unchanged, still holding 124,008,584 shares, accounting for 12.70% of the total share capital. This change does not affect the controlling shareholder or the actual controller, does not involve a tender offer, and has no significant impact on production and operation.
