The new projects include the "Dongpo Leisure Agricultural Tourism Project" and the "BYD Nanning Di Space Exhibition Project," with a planned total investment of 61 million yuan. The two new projects are expected to generate profits from 2026 to 2027. This matter has been reviewed by the board of directors and the audit committee, and still needs to be submitted for approval at the first interim shareholders' meeting in 2026.
