In response to questions about Shanghai residents traveling to Kinmen and Matsu, spokesperson Chen Binhua stated that the Ministry of Culture and Tourism had announced on February 4 that Shanghai residents will be allowed to travel to Kinmen and Matsu. We have always supported the normalization of cross-strait personnel exchanges and the normalization of exchanges and cooperation in various fields, including tourism.
