Camel Group announced that the chairman of the company, Liu Changlai, is one of the controlling shareholders and concerted action persons. It was originally planned to reduce the holdings through centralized bidding and block trading by no more than 7.2 million shares, accounting for 0.6137% of the total share capital, from December 8, 2025 to March 6, 2026. As of March 6, Liu Changlai did not reduce his holdings in the company, and the reduction period has expired. He still holds 28.8887 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.46% of the total share capital.
