This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, and related directors have abstained from voting. The transaction still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders meeting for approval. It is estimated that the transfer of Red Clay Company's equity will generate a profit of 306,600 yuan, and the transfer of Xi Lu Innovation Investment equity will generate zero profit. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in the two companies.
