This year's spring civil aviation passenger transportation volume is expected to achieve a record high.
Today, reporters learned from the Civil Aviation Administration that during the Spring Festival travel rush, the traditional return home flow, family visit flow, student flow, and the strong flow of tourists going on vacation will overlap, and the demand for air travel will further increase. It is estimated that the national civil aviation passenger transportation volume during this year's Spring Festival travel rush is expected to reach 95 million, with an average of 2.38 million per day, an increase of about 5.3% compared to the previous year. Two peak periods of passenger flow are expected to form before and after the Spring Festival holiday. Especially this year, as the Spring Festival falls later, the return flow of students and the general public after the festival will be more concentrated, with the peak daily passenger flow expected to reach 2.6 million.
