Jinfu Technology: Terminates the planned acquisition of equity in Guangdong Lan Yuan Technology Co., Ltd.

Jinfu Technology announced that the company disclosed a preliminary announcement on November 24, 2025, planning to acquire at least 51% equity of Guangdong Lan Yuan Technology Co., Ltd. However, due to the inability of the two parties to reach an agreement on key terms of the transaction, the company has decided to terminate the acquisition.
