Nanjing Public Notice: On November 12, 2025, Nanjing Public Development Co., Ltd.'s controlling shareholder, Public Holdings, and its concerted action person, City Construction Group, signed a "Nanjing Public Development Co., Ltd. Share Transfer Agreement" with City Venture Group, transferring a total of 43.731 million shares of the company's unlimited circulated shares, accounting for 7.61% of the total share capital, at a price of 6.86 yuan per share, for a total transfer price of 300 million yuan. The share transfer under this agreement has completed the registration procedures for share transfer.
