Ruixin Micro: Limin plans to donate 175,000 shares of company stock to Fuzhou No.1 Middle School Education Development Foundation.

Ruixin announced that shareholder Limin holds 158 million shares of the company, accounting for 37.46% of the total share capital. Limin plans to donate 175,000 shares of Ruixin without restriction to Fuzhou No. 1 Middle School Education Development Foundation. Based on the average price of Ruixin of 179.76 yuan in the 10 trading days before the signing of the "Donation Agreement", the value of the shares is approximately 31.46 million yuan. This donation will be conducted through non-trading transfer.
