(referred to as "Sanya Airlift") held by it to Provincial Airport Investment at a price of about 500 million yuan. After the completion of this equity transfer, Hainan Construction will hold 10% equity of Sanya Airlift, and Sanya Airlift will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
